New Zealand Grocery Supply Code: what changed for suppliers
Since 1 May 2026, the updated Grocery Supply Code bans wastage charges for stock in the supermarket's control, makes Woolworths and Foodstuffs repay promotional funding on stock sold after a promotion, and bans retaliation. Price talks still run on evidence. We bring the evidence on how your sales respond to price.
